This is the main focus of the raceinfo site, a calculator to get the find the best value from a given race, so u can apply the best bet!
Here you can the find the current value calculator. A brief explanation (more details below).
Firstly enter the prices for each horse in your chosen race (starting with favourite and working way down) then just click Calc.
After a moment the results are shown next to the odds, giving you a comparison to the theorectical odds. A negative value indicates that the bookie has given the horse better odds than the calculated theoretical odds, the larger the figure the better.
At the moment, this calculator only works on the odds of the horse, as and when i get figures i will expand this to offer lots of variables which alter the percentages i use behind the scene. Eg going, race location and also take into account any other information available for each horse (course-distance winner, weight, age, days since last run, etc ).
